Psalm 70

If you experience a bit of "deja vu" reading this psalm, there is a good reason. Psalm 70 is almost identical to Psalm 40. Why does the Bible contain two nearly identical psalms? There are two main theories, but one is better than the other (in my humble opinion), and I want to share it with you.
