Genesis 6:8  But Noah found grace in the eyes of Adonai.

נח (Noach) = “rest”

חן (chen) = “grace”

Genesis 6:11  Now the earth was corrupt in God’s sight, and the earth was filled with violence.

חמס (chamas) = “Hamas”

Genesis 6:15  This is how you are to make it: the length of the ark 300 cubits, its breadth 50 cubits, and its height 30 cubits.

Genesis 7:16  And those that entered, male and female of all flesh, went in as God had commanded him. And Adonai closed up behind him.

ויסגר (vayis’gor)

 Genesis 2:21  So Adonai Elohim caused a deep sleep to fall upon the man, and while he slept took one of his ribs and closed up its place with flesh.

5) מהללאל    Mahalalel            From the praise of God

6)     ירד         Yared                   One descends

7)     חנוך       Chanoch             Learning obedience

8) מתושלח    Methusaleh       Dying he shall send

9)     למך       Lamech                To the poor/lowly

10) נח            Noach                   Rest
