<p>This is the first of 55 psalms that are composed "for the Conductor" (למנצח, lam'natzeach). We focus on this interesting word and discover that it has a military connotation. We also discover the three pursuits of ungodly people. We revisit some words used in the previous psalms as we also learn about:</p>
<p>רחב (rachav) = "to enlarge/widen" (Also the name of 'Rehab')<br />
פלה (palah) = "to make a distinction"<br />
רגז (ragaz) = "tremble"</p>
